One simple price per album. Free up to ten photos.
One year of access per album. The price is computed from the album’s size — it only covers our storage cost plus a small margin, nothing more. All prices include 21% VAT.

Price by album size
All prices include 21% VAT · one year of access
Albums are billed in steps of 25 photos, with a minimum of 50. Because every payment carries a fixed transaction cost, very small selections are billed at the 50-photo minimum — so it pays to include all the photos from the event rather than just one or two.
How the price is calculated
- • We reserve about 0.17 GB per photo — that includes the full-resolution JPEG, previews, and the original RAW file when provided.
- • Storage is charged at €0,50 per GB per year.
- • A small amount covers the transactional emails an album sends over the year (consent requests, notifications).
- • On top of that we add a small margin (at least €1), then 21% VAT, and the payment-processor fee. That is the whole price — there is nothing else.
Adding photos after a purchase does not change an order that already exists — the price you paid is the price you paid.
What every unlock includes
- • Full-resolution downloads, no watermark.
- • The original RAW files, where the photographer provided them.
- • Unlimited downloads for every guest at the event.
- • One year of access from the moment you unlock.
Where the money goes
We are open about this on purpose. The base price above goes entirely to PhotoCommunity and only covers our costs: hosting, delivery, secure guest access, support, and ongoing development.
On top of that, the photographer may add their own fee, shown separately at checkout. Of that fee the photographer keeps 90% in the first year and 70% on each renewal; PhotoCommunity keeps the remaining 10% / 30% as a service share. If the photographer adds no fee, you pay only the base price.
One year of access
Each unlock lasts one year. When the year ends, the organiser can reactivate the album by paying the unlock price again — that starts a new year and re-extends every guest’s access. Free albums (up to 10 photos) can be reactivated at no cost.
For photographers
You decide whether to add your own fee on top of the base price, per album — and how much. It is shown transparently to the buyer. You keep 90% of it in the first year and 70% on each renewal.
Your fee is fixed once you set it for an album, so the price you publish is the price that is honoured. The base price simply covers our hosting and delivery — we take nothing from your separately-agreed shoot fee.
VAT
All prices on this page include 21% Dutch VAT (BTW). Business buyers can reclaim it through their normal VAT return.

The price on this page is the price you pay. No setup fees, no per-guest fees, no per-download fees, no surprise charges at renewal.
